Mission Statement:
To serve others with compassion, empathy and love.

Yoga is a path of Self discovery.
Yes, Self with a capital S. Self, the divine presence
within that is in everyone, that unites
us with each other and with God.

Yoga means union, unite, yoke together.
Through the practice of Yoga, we allow
the divine presence to come into our awareness,
we free ourselves from illusion, and
move toward healing on all levels of our being...
physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Pam's personal experience with cancer, her deep faith in God, and practice in a variety of healing modalities, including Yoga, have aided in her healing process and give her the wisdom to assist others in their healing.

Pam believes true healing is much more than merely physical healing. Human beings are multi-faceted and multi-dimensional and because of this healing requires looking deep within, exploring who we are and why we are here.
